Overall Experience

For our ZetBet review, we discovered an excellent sport betting experience, and a crucial part of that is due to the superb navigation and layout of their site. In addition, there are a lot of customisation tweaks that can be performed on the site to get the markets on-screen that you want to see quickly.

While they are a newer sportsbook, they have competitive betting odds on their site. And while there is no dedicated sports betting app, the mobile version of the ZetBet site functions quickly and carries forward the overall positive experience.

The look of the ZetBet theme is nice and light, and while they have packed a lot into their site, it is enjoyable to get around. They rank well by combining solid odds on a secure betting platform and excellent customer service.

BetVictor Bonuses

Bonuses are part and parcel of an online betting experience, and things are no different at ZetBet. However, in terms of general promotions, ZetBet doesn’t deliver an exceptionally high volume of sports betting offers compared to the other best betting sites available.

It is worthwhile checking their Promotion page regularly for any new offers, like a special bonus linked to a big football match, or perhaps on Wimbledon tennis.

Keep an eye on the email account used to open the account as they send offers to their customers via correspondence. ZetBet does roll out event-specific offers such as cash back bonuses, and they have been known to produce things like a deposit match up bonus and free bets.

Again, it is perhaps not the most fantastic range of sports betting promotions out there, but there are ways to boost your betting across the site.

BetVictor Promotions

The introductory ZetBet Welcome bonus is where to get started regarding promotions. The ZetBet sign-up bonus is not significant in monetary value, but it offers customers a simple route to picking up a nice starting bonus.

The ZetBet Welcome bonus credits a £10 bet token for fulfilling the requirements of the offer. That is depositing a minimum of £10 and then staking that exact minimum amount on a sports bet of at least even money (2.0).

The Free Bet Token from ZetBet has to be used within two weeks of it being credited to the account, or else it will expire. Additionally, deposit restrictions are linked to the ZetBet sign-up bonus, as initial credits from PayPal, Neteller, Paysafe, or Skrill will not be eligible for the promo.

Always have a complete read-through of any bonus offer’s full terms and conditions. That will help clear up things like any restrictions on what market a bonus can be played on. For example, the free bet token from the ZetBet Welcome Offer can only be played at odds of at least 1.8 (4/5) or higher.

Zet Boosts

A Zet Boost offer on the site allows punters to collect a bonus on top of a successful multi-bet payout. The more legs included in the winning bet, the more significant the bonus payout will be that comes back. It's an excellent way to boost your betting odds.

Create a combo (Acca) bet with at least four selections from the ZetBet sportsbook, including fixed odds horse racing selections. If that bet wins, then ZetBet will credit a win boost on top of the regular profit.

The bonus winnings are paid out in relation to how many selections are in there, all based on a sliding scale. For example, the payout scale in the Zet Boosts starts with a 4% bonus boost on successful fourfolds, while the top tier of the Zet Boost promotion is 77% on winning wagers that have at least fifteen legs.

ZetBet Rewards

The ZetBet Rewards program gives punters a chance to play towards more bonuses on their accounts. All eligible customers are automatically enrolled on the ZetBet Rewards, and players start collecting points on real money wagers.

The number of points awarded for a bet will depend on the sport and event and the type of bet placed. Your ZetBet Reward Points can then be redeemed to get special promotions such as Bonus Money - you can then use that bonus money to place bets on your account.

ZetBet Deposits & Withdrawals

Notably, research of ZetBet reviews did not turn up complaints about the ZetBet deposits and withdrawals, so things do seem to operate smoothly. In addition, all transactions for a ZetBet account in the UK are securely processed by AG Communications Limited, a licenced company in the UK.

ZetBet Deposits

After opening an account with the operator, getting funds into the account is the next step.

That’s done through the “deposit” link within the account management. Again, there are only a couple of steps needed to get funded, and there are good on-screen instructions to guide users through making a payment.

You select the method and the amount and then process the request. A recommended way to make a payment to the account is by using a Visa or Mastercard,

ZetBet accepts other forms of payments depending on your location. Those other options include Bank Transfer, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, PayPal, MuchBetter and PaySafeCard. After registration, you will see which payment options are available to you when you go to make a deposit.

ZetBet Withdrawals

ZetBet withdrawals are simple to initiate as well, and it again just involves a visit to your account management and a click on the Cashout option. When you request a Cashout, note that it is not the same as the withdrawal time.

ZetBet do their checks first before releasing the funds, and it is then that the withdrawal transaction starts processing which may take up to 48 hours. The time it takes for the money to reach you will depend on what payment method you used to fund the account. Withdrawals need to go back to the source from which you funded the account.

Once the operator has released the funds, the average processing time for a ZetBet withdrawal is three business days. E-wallets like Skrill take up to two days, credit/debit and wire transfers up to six days, and other methods generally take up to four days to complete.

If the withdrawal transaction is still pending (during the initial 48 hours), you can request it to be stopped. But if you look in your transaction history and the status has moved to “In Process”, it cannot be reversed. ZetBet sends emails informing you of any status changes in the withdrawal process.

There is a minimum of a £10 deposit at ZetBet, which is pretty standard within the industry. However, withdrawal limits will vary, and it’s worth contacting their customer service if you want to set deposit limits on your account.

ZetBet Betting Markets

The meat of the sportsbook is where punters will spend the bulk of their time on the ZetBet website. As mentioned above, the layout and options to customise what is seen are excellent. But there is much more to examine in this ZetBet review.

Market & Bet Variety

There is a good market variety at the ZetBet sportsbook, with over 30 different sports listed on a visit there. The main navigation menu can be played with to set your favourites. Having a variety of markets is essential for punters who want to know that they are getting a good blanket coverage of the sporting world.

When testing the site, the highest tally of markets at ZetBet were found on football, tennis, basketball, Formula One, and golf. That’s naturally going to change at different times of the year, for example, during the British summer when it is a quieter time for football.

There is a good filter on the menu to set a time frame from which betting markets are populated (24 hours, three days, etc.).

Horse racing coverage is available at ZetBet, although it is not extensive. There is a link to the ante-post racing market for big future races in the main menu, and when daily racecards are priced up, the menu link for that will also appear.

Alternatively, cards appear in a box by the bet slip, and full racecards can be opened from there. Unfortunately, while there is horse racing betting at ZetBet, it is a little bare-bones, with it notably lacking broad coverage on international racing markets and in-depth insights.

In many sports like football, rugby and NFL, there are Specials markets which offer punters quotes on long term tournament outcomes and match-specific special selections that the operator has created.

Overall, the ZetBet Sportsbook is decent and solid in betting options and odds. However, it is perhaps not as heavily populated with options as some other major bookmakers.

ZetBet Trust & Security

ZetBet is a newer brand, only getting its start in 2022, so they have not had the opportunity to build a large following and a big reputation yet. But regardless of that, they seem to have still made a positive impact in attracting players.

The important thing about ZetBet is that they are legitimate sports betting site which holds several licences. So they do give a secure place for sports bettors to get some action done.

Encryption

Financial transactions at ZetBet are transferred over with a 128-bit SSL encryption to keep data safe. It means that payments such as debit card deposits to the account can be processed with peace of mind.

Data is kept behind firewalls, and part of their company policy is not to sell user data to other companies for commercial purposes. Therefore, ZetBet also falls into line with the Data Protection Act.

ZetBet’s parent company is Marketplay LTD, a well-established name in online gaming, and they are a company licensed in Malta. They hold several operating licences and are fully regulated by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission.

Is ZetBet legit? They are all above board, and AG Communications Ltd handles all their payment transactions. In addition, there have been no reports of breaches of ZetBet’s security and no complaints about them, nor have they come under any examination by regulatory bodies.

ZetBet Customer Service

Out of the gate, it is worth mentioning that the ZetBet customer support cannot be contacted via telephone. A check with their customer service team gave the reply that support can only be through email or live chat channels. The latter of those appears to be the best and quickest way.

In contacting them, replies were returned within one minute in general throughout a live chat conversation. The question we posed to their customer representative Bonnie was about whether they have a Bet Builder feature or offer live streams.

The representative was helpful, and the responses came back concisely and politely. It was everything you would expect from a live support chat. So no complaints there.

Emailing the company’s support team can be done through a web form in their Help section, and the address it goes to is [email protected]. However, you do have to supply information about your account so that they can help you out, so it may be more secure to use their form. You also need to enter the account username and email for a live chat to start.

For those who like to dig around and go it alone, there is a handy FAQ guide on the ZetBet website. It’s simple and basic, so it was easy to get through it and find relevant information on everything from their bonus policy to technical problems and deposit/withdrawals to responsible gaming and deposit limits.

ZetBet Extra Features

A Cashout tool is available among the extra features in the ZetBet sportsbook. When this is available (both pre-match and in-play markets), punters can take a bit of control over their wagers quickly and easily.

Look for any active bets that are eligible for Cashout. Just browse through your bet history for any and monitor the wager. If you want to settle the bet early, you can accept the Cashout value that ZetBet is offering.

It’s just a click of the button that will settle the wager with the ZetBet Cashout tool. Once you’ve clicked it, you can’t change your mind. The addition of the feature gives punters the chance to form some strategy, consolidate a loss or cash in while their bet is winning.

Best Odds guaranteed

ZetBet In-Play Betting

While it is a staple of online betting, the ZetBet in-play betting is well worthy of a mention - it is a powerful aspect of the sports betting experience on offer.

There is an excellent range of in-play markets to look through, covering sports from football, basketball, ice hockey, tennis, and Esports. The first look that you get at the ZetBet sportsbook upon visiting that section of their website (which also offers an online casino with an excellent casino bonus plus games) is the live markets that are going on.

A good feature about that is that without leaving the main in-play overview screen, it is possible to change the view of the best types. So instead of seeing the outright, over/under, and the next goal for a live football match, you could swap out the latter for both teams to score, for example.

Bet Builder offer

ZetBet Betbuidler

There isn't a Bet Builder function as such - not where customers can go in and create their football bets. But in the Football menu, there is a Specials section where bet builder type wagers that ZetBet offers can be viewed. For example - Player A to score in the first half & Team A to win the match.

ZetBet Mobile Experience

As things stand, there is not a sports betting app available from ZetBet. Fortunately, the site is a mobile-first design, which means that the layout is intuitive and runs very well on mobile devices. In addition, it’s functional and secure, and everything on the site is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. So you won’t miss out on whatever device you use the ZetBet mobile site on.

ZetBet Review Conclusion

The ZetBet sportsbook is a promising and engaging platform with some positives but could also use some additional features to put it right up among the most highly rated betting sites. One strength is the layout because there is a lot in terms of it being easy to discover bets directly from the main screen without scouring around too much.

ZetBet is an excellent secure betting environment that’s pleasing to the eye. Everything seems to operate quickly, although the FAQ section appeared to take a little longer to come up. The in-play coverage they give in their sportsbook is mention-worthy, which is great for punters who like a flutter on the heart of the action.

Some elements are missing that would have further strengthened things, like adding live streams and a dedicated mobile app for speed and convenience. Also, while the ZetBet welcome bonus is easy to grab, a few more promotional offers would have lifted things further at the end of the day.

But taking the ZetBet sportsbook on its merit of what it has available, there is decent market variety, competitive odds, and, therefore, overall, a very decent sports betting experience.
